Hey everyone my name's Marisa!

Have you ever been so passionate and connected to something that you would do everything in your power to get it? Well that's how my sister and I feel about fashion design.
My style is very eclectic I like to mix and match different styles from vintage to modern, but somehow it all comes together to make a cohesive and unique look. I have been taking sewing classes and have already made some dresses and soon I will be making some of my own unique designs. Sasha and I are ready to show the world what we have to offer and we hope that the world likes the looks of it.

Right now I live in Tampa, Florida and a sophomore in High school, but I don't plan on being here forever. I want to go to college in New York, the fashion capital of the world to study fashion design. I'm outgoing, athletic, and versatile and always up for a good time. That's all I have for now but there definitely will be more to say in the future.

Introduction of Sasha

Hello Everyone! My name is Sasha! I'm the older sister of Marisa, my very talented younger sister. We made this blog to share some designs and ideas with you all and get your feedback. My sister and I have been designing and drawing for a while and the only people we get feedback from are friends and family. We want to broaden our horizons and see if we can make our dreams a reality!
So we are getting the blog up an running now so the designs should be up in a couple of days give us a little time ;)

Here's a little more about ME:

I currently go to school at the University of South Florida, and have been living in Tampa, Florida for about 10 years. Before that I lived in Jamaica for about nine, it was a wonderful childhood. I love my culture and their distinct charisma! All island people are fun! I think I am more in tune with my boho style than my sister ;) don't get me wrong I love all things glitz/glamor/fabulous, but I adore being natural and relaxed. I enjoy being with my friends, we listen to music a lot! and discuss it and try to make our own beats, and we write our butts off. (I have talented friends by the way) I love being a student! That's all that comes to mind right now...Stay tuned for what Stitched Love has coming next!
